The Dude: Most interesting new restaurant in Paris closes/moves: fans weep

A place, appropriately called The Dude, for its Dudish owner, that opened only recently served up some of the most interesting and creative food at such a fine price-quality ratio that when another blogger and I and our spouses were told at the end of the meal today they'd be closing at the end of the month and moving who knows where, we were blown away. Anyway, you're forewarned. The chef's facebook is @chefgeoffreyrembert I'll be watching come September.
