Duck Breast?

So I've found duck creeping into my diet more and more in the past couple of years (love the almost gamey taste and texture), and am looking for more ways to cook it. I've had it pan-seared and finished off in an over w/ pan sauce after either brining or rubbing with salt/pepper/cinnamon. Any other suggestions?
