Saturday night my friend Annette capped off her salmon dinner with a blissful bellini sorbetto made with local white peaches. Try as I might, i couldn't get her to divulge the Sebastopol orchard where she sourced the very ripe and fragrant white peaches for the sorbet. However, she did tell us that she was able to score EIGHT white peaches from Dry Creek Peach for the sliced fruit under the sorbetto. The crop at Dry Creek's peach orchard is extremely small this year and highly allocated.
