How about DRY Chorizo in NoVA

A while ago at Cheesetique I had a wonderful dry chorizo (about the texture of pepperoni) with truffles in it.

I'd love something like that, and truffles are not necessary. But I can't afford "high-end shop" prices for it.

Where's a good place for ordinery, everyday-quality dry chorizo around here?
