"Drinks plus" for 6-8 people downtown

I'm trying to decide on a good spot whence to gather a few people on Saturday evening. Since some will be eating, some not, I'm trying to find someplace (relatively inexpensive) where we can sit around for a while and eat appetizer/small plates.

Currently the places I'm thinking about are:
Xunta (tapas, but I don't recall if they have any seating other than those barrels, which are too small for our purposes...)

Anyway Cafe (Russian, a wacky place, but usually quiet)

Casimir (recommended by a friend--any thoughts?)

and Decibel Cafe (good, but those sakes can get expensive)

If folks have any input, I'd appreciate it. Thanks.
