Actually this post has nothing to do with the last drinkin' query.
Here's my question: Today at lunch I had an orchata so good I was confused what to do with it. What would you all do?
1) Drink it right away in a few mighty gulps, enjoying its richness and full flavor
2) Savory it over tiny sips
3) Wait and enjoy it with the food
Me, I tried for choice 3, but gave in to choice 1.
