Can I drink this or should I sell it?

Hey all,
I just received two bottle of wine and a bottle of cognac from my dad. He found them in a corner of his backroom. I just need to know if they are drinkable or, even better, sell-able. One is a 1975 Kenwood Cab from Sonoma County, and the other wine is a 1973 Vintage, Estate Bottled, Inglenook Gamay Beaujolais, from the Napa Valley. The cognac is a Cognac Leyrat, Mise en Bouteille au Domaine. It is in a rustic box, with just the name on it. I think there is a paper cellar number on the side. If anyone can help with any of my questions I would really appreciate it.
Thank you all for your time.
