Dress code guidance, please

I am finalizing the dining picks for the trip that I am taking with my friend to New Orleans... It is just a week and a half away! I was hoping that someone could give me a little dress code advice. Coming from NYC and SF, I'm use to women dressing in more of a "trendy" manner in restaurants, but after reading some of the postings, it seems like New Orleans is more formal. Given that it is summer, could someone give me some guidance on the dress code for women at the following restaurants:

Dante's Kitchen (dinner)
Commander's Palace (Sunday brunch)
Patois (dinner)
Boucher (dinner)
Brigtsen's (dinner)
August (lunch)
Galatoire's (Friday lunch, hopefully)

For the daytime restaurants, do women have to wear dresses or will nice pants/capris and a nice blouse work? Are nice jeans with a nice shirt/blouse ok at any of these places (dinner or lunch)?
