"Dolci: Italy's Sweets" by Francine Segan -anybody baking from this book?

I've been paging through this book and it is a doozy. There are so many exciting, out of the ordinary recipes I want to try (prime among them a white chocolate/almond/lemon cake from Capri which will definitely be the next cake I make). Anyone getting farther into it than I have so far?
