I'm planning on making pasta tomorrow night (with a ground pork tomato sauce) and I'd like a second main dish, if you will, to go with it. I'm cooking for my BF, and he eats A LOT, so a simple side won't cut it.
I'd like to use chicken or pork, but I'm not sure how to prep it so that it will go well with the pasta sauce. Any suggestions??
For the record, there will also be salad, bread, and probably some sort of roasted vegetable (will pick choose based on chicken/pork's prep) to work as sides.
