Dish of the Month Voting - October 2018

MelMM | Sep 26, 201811:30 AM     18

We had a lot of interesting and appealing nominations this month, and I am personally hoping that some of these (posole! migas!) appear again to vie for their day in the sun. If you would like to review the nomination process, the thread can be found here:
https://www.chowhound.com/post/dish-m...

Two choices garnered the most nominations and are up for your vote for October. FOCACCIA had 6 nominations, and KUKU had 7.

To Vote for your preferred dish, please click on the heart in the post below identifying the dish for which you’d like to vote. Only one vote per person, please.

If you participate in the voting, please do so with the intention of cooking the dish and participating in our reporting thread.

If you wish to discuss the dishes up for vote, please reply to this original post instead of replying to one of the nominations. This will keep the nominated dishes all posted together at the top of the page. Remember that clicking a heart won’t result in following a thread; if you wish to keep updated on new posts, just click “follow” under the title of this post.

If you’re new to Dish of the Month, or new to Chowhound, or if you’ve been lurking for a while, it’s a great time to join this series. Vote for a dish and join us in preparing and discussing that dish during the entire month of October.

Voting will be open until Sunday, Sept 30, 2018 at 4:00 pm EDT (1:00 PDT; 9:00 pm GMT), and the reporting thread for the winning dish will be posted on October 1.
