Four of us had dinner at Dish on Friday evening. It was, once again, a real pleasure. Our friends had not been there before and they were very favorably impressed. Just a few of the dishes we had were: braised asian marinated short ribs, grilled scottish salmon, roasted quail, gorgonzola- stuffed, bacon-wrapped dates, pan-seared gnocchi with arugula pesto and black truffles, cookies with housemade mint ice cream and fresh peach cobbler with vanilla bean creme fraiche. Service was top-notch. Food was great. These guys know what they are doing and just keep on doing it!
