Dinner in Town and Country

anotherjennifer | Jun 3, 201603:50 PM     14

My husband, my son and I are in St. Louis next weekend for a bat mitzvah. Our plane is scheduled to get in at 7 on Friday night. By time we get out bags, get our rental car and get to the Marriott West, which is apparently actually in Town and Country, right next to Maryville University, I'm guessing it's going to be 8 or 8:30 if we're lucky and the plane is on time. At that point, we're going to want dinner and, much as I'd like to explore the best of St. Louis, what we're really going to want is decent to good food, very nearby, no wait. I don't want to make reservations, because I really can't begin to guess what time we can actually be at a restaurant.

Any suggestions?

I'm vaguely considering Circle 7 Ranch or Yellowstone Cafe, but neither is terribly confidence inspiring.
