Help with my dinner party menu

I was planning on making roast duck for six but my dinner party is now ten. I was going to make something else entirely but my boyfriend was really looking forward to the duck. I can make 2 ducks but 3 ducks in my little kitchen is just way too much duck fat. I want to supplement the duck with a second main course but I'm not sure what.

I'm serving pate and fig jam, cheese sticks, olives, and maybe stuffed dates to start.

Then I'm making a green salad with fennel, beets, cheese and a white truffle vinaigrette.

Then roast duck, roast potatoes, and some kind of green vegetable. I was considering adding a chicken dish but I am not a big fan of serving 2 proteins at a meal. I like the menu to flow. I'm a little stumped about what to add and open to any suggestions! Thank you.
