When Dragon Beaux first opened in 2015, the dinner menu was limited to a few appetizers and hot pot. Over time the selection of ala carte dishes has increased. But this doesn't seem to be widely known and Dragon Beaux is rarely busy at night. It can be quite easy to snag a table for dinner on the spur of the moment. While the dinner menu is considerably smaller than the competition's, there are plenty of special things to construct a fine meal. A downside of the low dinner utilization has been that live seafood menu selections have not been available. One time, neither live Dungeness crabs nor swimming fish could be ordered. A year ago, with the advice of a helpful server, we put together a very nice dinner as shown below.
