I'm cooking for 18 (including 3 kids) on Saturday night. I have a 7 1/2 lb pork loin I plan to grill and for sides I'm making 3 9x13 pans of mac & cheese, 5 lbs of oven roasted carrots, a mixed green salad, and 3 9 inch cornbread rounds. The Mac and cheese I can make ahead and just slide in the oven to bake, the carrots just need tossed with some olive oil, salt, and pepper, and the cornbread can be made earlier in the day and warmed before dinner.
A. I'm trying to keep this simple
B. Do I have enough food
