Restaurants & Bars 9

dinner for 10

I need some help chosing a restaurant. My friend is having a birthday dinner on Saturday, June 4th and she asked me to pick a good place in the city.

Our party will be around 10 people and we would like to choose something moderately priced. I reccomended we go to a BYOB to save money on drinks. We will simply bring several bottles of wine, etc.

I need help thinking of a "festive" location for a birthday dinner, a BYOB where we can talk and laugh and enjoy a meal for several hours and won't be rushed out the door. No italian food, she simply isn't in the mood. Any other cuisine will do, as long as there are both vegetarian and meat options.

My issue is that most BYOBs are so small or quiet, our party will feel out of place.

As far as location, anything goes. It would be nice to be in an area where we could go out for a drink or two afterwards.

What do you all think?
