Looking for out of the way dining in Central IL

Our group of biker friends love to ride and eat. We're always looking for unique or out of the way spots with good food within around 90 miles of Decatur, IL. Anything from burger joints and roadhouse dives to good steak and fine wine. Any suggestions?

Some of the places I've been and enjoyed:

BURGER JOINTS AND DIVES: (1) Moonshine - South of I70 near Casey (Be sure to stop at the little restaurant in Hazel Dell for pie and Cameo Winery in Greenup). See other posts on Moonshine. Very unique and great burgers. (2) Moonglow - east of Danville. Total dive with good burgers and tenderloins (very limited menu). (3) Gross' burgers - Danville. Good burgers and shakes (kind of like Krekel's in Decatur). (4) Ludy's - Kickapoo. Nice ride and all around great sandwich place.

NICE DINNER RIDE DESTINATIONS: (1) Possum Trot - near Danville. Great steaks and a unique setting. (2) Gil's - near Minier (north of Lincoln or west of Bloomington). This place is out in the middle of a cornfield but has some good food (steaks, etc.) (3) Bayern Stube - Gibson City. Good German fare. (4) Richard's Farm - Casey. Try the pork chop. Varied menu featuring pork, steak, chicken and limited seafood and pasta.
