Dinette vs. II Pizzaiolo. Which restaurant is better for its pizza? Which restaurant is better overall? Does Dinette use a wood fired oven for its pizza?
I am traveling to Pittsburgh in a few weeks for a weekend getaway and I was hoping to go to either Dinette or Il Pizzaiolo on a Friday night for pizza and drinks. I was hoping to try a pizza like the ones in Italy. I'm concerned that the wait at Dinette is going to be overwhelming so I may stay away (unless it's worth the wait).
I'd like to hear the fellow Chowhounds opinion of either restaurant.
