But yet, I must say I quite enjoy here. It may not be the best dumplings in the San Gabriel Valley, but for some reason it's more convenient, the service, much better, the servers actually speak really good English every time I've been there, which helps a lot. And there nice too.

But the dumplings served piping hot with a little ginger, some soy, and those ethereal wrappers are damn good.

This place is truly a well-oiled machine (I can definitely see why some people hate this place, maybe "it's too clean, too corporate, too in-aunthentic, etc. ect"), it does have the feeling of a chain (which it actually is unlike the nearby dumpling 10053 or dumping house), but the dumplings are pretty darn good.

I can not attest to the rest of the menu, since I'm usually in the area due to an errand and stop in for some lunch. The only problem is it's far away from me (so I get out there no more than once every few months) and one platter of dumplings is never enough for me so I always have one order followed by another (20 dumplings sure sounds like a lot, but it's really not, or maybe these dumplings are so smoooth and light that they go down easy). I could probably polish off a third ordeer but that would mean a lack of self-control and the inability to have some dessert in the area.
