Dim Sum - Yet Again

I finished reading this board and the "Best of" board, and had a few questions about NYC dim sum.

I'm going to be in town this weekend from DC. I can get solid dim sum down here [Fortune, China Garden, Maxim Palace, etc.] I was interested in getting some up in Chinatown NYC as well. I've been to Jing Fong, which I liked.

Places I've seen with positive reviews:

888 Palace
HSF [what does this stand for?]
Golden Unicorn
Harmony Palace
New Silver Palace

It looks like Golden Unicorn is the most expensive of the bunch. How do these places compare price-wise?

I'm focused on getting _good food_. I don't care about waits or hustle [i.e. I could deal with Jing Fong], although it would be good to know what to expect from the different places in terms of scheduling. I also am not worried about atmosphere.

I prefer carts -- I can't speak or read Chinese. Being able to see makes it easier to get food.

I'm arriving in Chinatown around 7:00 a.m. [Chinatown bus]. What time do these places open?

If somebody could provide recommendations about which of these places has good food, as well as an address or directions, I would be most appreciative.

Thanks in advance,
