Dim Ssam A Go Go Catering Report

Finally had our event on Saturday and went with DSAGG. We finished our Habitat for Humanity project an hour early, so the guests wound up waiting for the food truck for close to an hour and, when they arrived (very punctually, I might add), everyone was starving and some people a little impatient. It took the truck approximately 15 minutes to start taking orders. Chef Richard showed up with the truck (not on it) and made sure everything was handled. I only gave him a couple of "must have" menu items and he came up with the rest. He really did a great job. There were wings, ribs, the duck sandwich, the pulled pork sandwich, kimchi eggrolls, his new shrimp tacos, the bulgogi burger, short rib tater tots, the brussel sprouts and eggplant. A very large and varied menu. We wanted to keep it as a food truck experience, and I think some of the guests didn't really get it, but I think most of the guests enjoyed sampling all the different items. I would definitely recommend DSAGG if you're ever in need of a food truck catering service. They did an excellent job and were very professional.
