In a word, no. Just opened this week, a franchise out of Texas, but I can't imagine that real Texans would go near the place. Even after the lunch rush, we waited ina cafeteria like line over 10 minutes for service with only 5 people ahead of us. The meat man wants to chop everything, even when the order is for sliced brisket. No smoke flavor on meat. Tried brisket, pulled pork, and pork ribs with 3 of us at the table. Sides: slaw was nothing special, the baked beans, which were "smoked," tasted straight out of a can, i.e. bland and no smoky taste; the baked potato salad tasted like cold mashed potato with some shredded cheese on top. Mac and cheese not tasted after they admitted it was shipped in and they reheated it. Sides were a small spoonful. Plates included a roll with some sort of buttery spread slathered on top of it. You go over to a corner to pump some decent sauce into a little cup.
