I was asked this question when I excitedly listed off all the things I could make, were I the owner of a stand mixer (I do this every few months). I came up with:
-mixing meat (like for meatloaf or dumplings)
-kneading dough for bread
And then I ran out! What are some uses other people have for stand mixers that don't involve dessert?
Or, perhaps if I went to the bookstore and looked for the KitchenAid stand mixer cookbook, all my questions would be answered?
