Need some help from my fellow home chefs! We are designing a new kitchen from scratch. For those who have done it, what did you splurge on, where did you save? Any must do's or not worth its?
Couple things I'm struggling with, but still looking for general advice. On appliances I'm trying to decide if we should go high end (sub-zero, wolf, thermador) or go little more reasonable (i.e. Kitchenaid). Also, has anyone gotten a gas grill on their rangetop? I decided against a griddle as it's too small and I never use the one we have. But the grill looks interesting so I can char grill some veggies quickly without going outside and firing up the grill in the backyard.
Any recommendations on cabinets?
