After reading too many good reviews about Atlantis and Proline Demeyere pans and skillets I am going to make the plunge.
Can anyone with experience please tell me about their favorite 7 ply Demeyere pans so I can get some good ideas of what i should look to get.
I'm a big guy so the weight will not be a problem for me.
I ordered the 5.5 QT casserole pan. It's 9.5" and looks like a great multi purpose pan for braising boiling pasta and cooking veggies.
I like the 4.2 QT Sauté pan that is 11" in diameter. Could I use this and bypass an 11" skillet. Seems more versatile to me.
I also like the 8.9 QT stock pot. 9.5" fry pan and the 2 to 3 QT sauce.
I'm looking for recommendations so Please tell me about your favorites and comment on any experience with the individual pans I listed or any pans you love from this line.
If I only buy four pans which should I get?
