Yes, it's summer and the whole world is firing up their outdoor grills. And cooking magazines feature all those happy people enjoying barbecues. And then there's me -- no way to grill outdoors. So I 'm thinking of getting the Delonghi indoor electric grill that was once recommended by Gourmet.
Have you used one, and what did you think of it? I'm not planning to cook meat so much as grilled veggies for salads,etc. I have a Lodge grill pan that I love, but to cook two sliced eggplants and some zucchinis takes forever!
Is the Delonghi as good as a grill pan? Do you have another brand that you like? I need advice -- or at least sympathy.
