I'm taking a trip to Paris (possibly once in a life time) and plan to visit E. Dehillerin. Any suggestions on something useful and memorable to buy that's not common in the u.s.? I think my kitchen is fairly well stocked with decent quality items (demeyere cookware, EH bakeware, etc.) Without me listing everything I own to determine my needs, can anyone suggest special items from the store that might be useful? (Note: I don't own any copper, but as I plan to switch to induction at some point in the future, I don't think it'll be practical.)
