Got the hand-hammered 14" wok from WS and am loving it. Prolly gonna get a gas burner for outside use too.
Toward that end, I'm also thinking of getting an 18" wok for larger meals.
Question: I have found a shallow and a more normal deep 18" wok. I think I prefer the deep wok, but am open to thoughts, observations, experiences, and opinions. Which one should I get?
