a little misleading, but last night my friend and i boiled up 2 2lb lobsters for dinner with some roasted potatoes and corn on the cob.
needless to say, we couldn't finish all the lobster, so i ripped all the body meat out of that little bugger and took it home and mixed it up with lemon, corn (from the cob we had with dinner), avocado, julinned shiso and basil, and chopped lemon zest, and let it all sit over night with the hopes of having it for lunch, but alas, i could not make it that far and i am currently scarfing it down with some earl grey tea and loving it! the only thing missing is a warm corn tortilla and then i would be in lobster taco heaven!
anyway, i just wanted to share, cuase i love summer and i love left overs, and i love lobster!
