Had dinner on Saturday night at Silks. Our party of 4 all ordered the DAT meal. All in all, it was a fantastic experience. The menu was as follows (as best as I can recall):
Amuse Bouche - Sauteed button mushrooms wrapped in prosciutto
Appetizer - Roast Quail over a crispy Potato-Watercress pancake
Entree - Chilean Sea Bass (can't recall the kind of sauce it came with, but it had some kind of asian black beans in it) served with wasabi infused mashed potatoes and Bok Choy
Desert - Panna Cotta with a Vanilla Tuille fortune cookie
Everything was delicious and the servings were surprisingly large. The service was gracious and flawless. I definitely recommend Silks for DAT. Note: No substitutions on the DAT menu.
