I've gotten a stock pot and have begun attempting to make 'good' soup stock. Chicken to be precise. The French say the pot should just 'smile' and barely bubble.
Everytime I adjust the heat down to that level within a few minutes it just stops completely ..... bubbling I mean .... So I turn it up a hair and in a few minutes it is boiling.
I am in a condo community and I'm stuck with electric. Must have the wrong one, or are they all this bad ?
