Daly City (Serramonte) Farmers Market adds a day

Nancy Berry | Jun 14, 200602:25 PM

FYI

I just received a note from the Daly City Farmers Market that is held year-round in the Serramonte Shopping Center parking lot on Thursdays from 9am-1pm.

Starting this coming Saturday (June 17) there will be another market on Saturdays. The market will open at 10am and close at 2pm.

This market is smaller than the Ferry Building market, but they carry lots of quality produce and prepared foods like breads, pastries, sausages, olives, etc. There's also at least one fresh fish vendor. I like this market a lot. I don't know how many farmers will be there on Saturday, but I'm excited about the new day. And parking is a dream -- the market is in the parking lot!!
