Dairy kiddush caterer

A friend asked me to post with the following question--
She is looking to have a dairy kiddush/luncheon for her son's bar mitzvah this spring in central NJ. She is looking for a caterer who would be able to provide a creative, tasty menu--breads, fish, sushi, french toast casserole, etc, on non-disposable dishes, and in general be environmentally aware, with an eye toward sustainable choices and an ear for her concerns. The caterer has to have supervision, but it does not have to be Orthodox, Conservative hashgaha or similar is OK.
Or, looking for an idea of where to rent dishes--does that exist in kosher world, with any supervision?
