dahn-sung-sah -- korean in oakland

razordog | Jul 15, 200501:30 PM

near the intersection of 27th and Telegraph, across the street from KFC is a korean restaurant, the name is only in korean and it has no windows, some say it resembles an adult bookstore

they serve korean snack/bar type food

dukk bokk-ee (rice cakes in spicy sauce)
tong dahk (korean rotisserie chicken)
marinated tong dak (fried chicken w/sauce)
om-rice (fried rice w/omelet shell)
oh-deng soup (fish cake soup)

and various other items, but i only tried the above dishes

all of it was strictly mediocre and i could not recommend this place to anyone unless they really wanted this type of food

the menu is in both english and korean
