Daffodill cake at Spring Mill Inn

We went for brunch at Spring Mill Inn in Conshy yesterday and had an amazing meal as usual. But I have to talk about their daffodill cake... so good! Soft sponge cake layered with lemon curd, topped with fresh cream, thick shaved toasted coconut, grated lime, strawberries and blueberries. It was so good, I just have to recommend it here. I love a good cake and cannot find that many in the area. Any other spots for a truly good and memorable cake?
