I absolutely love this place and it never ceases to amaze me. The prices alone are worth the drive to Chandler.
Hubby and I went on Friday afternoon. Justina, as always, greeted us at the door and wanted to know where I'd been lately. **warm and fuzzy inside**
As many times as I've been here, hubby has never accompanied me. Today is the day that he will never forget.

To drink, we both had the Thai iced tea. This is my favorite drink. Creamy and rich, it makes the meal.

We started out with my personal fave, the beef carpaccio. This dish is so good, I have to force myself not to order 10 plates of it as my entree.
Paper thin sliced beef in olive oil, covered with mint, ground peanuts and lime. YUM! It's served with sesame crisps. this dish is to die for! Take a piece of meat, put it on your sesame crisp and add some chili sauce and viola! A treat for the mouth! The lime, mint and meat go perfect together and the melding of all those flavors is amazing.

Next we had the short ribs. This time they were a little dry, but still tasty in the tamarind glaze.

For our entree, we split the seafood noodle soup. This is a huge bowl of soup that is swimming with rice noodles, crab, shrimp and scallops. It comes with a side plate of herbs, chili, lime and sprouts, to add to your liking.
This is so good. I like spicy, so I add chili to it. it gives the broth a little zing.

Hubby wanted desert, so we shared the jasmine creme brulee. It came out warm and crunchy on the top. A perfect way to top off the meal.

We HAD to have the Vietnamese coffee before we left. Starbacks ain't got nothin' on this caffeine laden drink.
Condensed milk sits in the bottom of a glass, where a small filter if you will, brews the strong coffee. After about 15 minutes, the coffe is done. You mix it with the milk then put it over ice. There's nothing better than this. The condensed milk namkes it sweet and creamy, no need to add sugar.

Our total bill was $35.00 and it was well worth it.

Justina likes to chat, and she even punched my hubby in the arm when he tried to make fun of me. GO JUSTINA!
