The best cut of meat for grind-your-own hamburger

A recent discussion on the uses of the Kitchenaid stand mixer got me thinking about finally making my own hamburgers. I have all the equipment (KA + grinding attachment). But what cut of meat to use? I know chuck is a favorite but I was thinking about experimenting with hanger or skirt. Or mixing meats. Anyone have any fabulous recipes for home ground hamburger?
