looking for the right cut to braise

for several reasons i want make a braised dish to serve for 7 people. i am looking for something that you can ideally serve one piece per person. the catch is that one guest does not eat beef, so no short ribs or osso buco (my 2 favorites). any lamb, pork, or other cuts that i could have a similar result with?
