I have purchased those cute little frozen mini fillo shells and plan to serve them for a party. I was planning on filling them with curried chicken salad(basic recipes w/ mayo & curry powder, maybe chopped apples). The shells seem to taste a little dry. Can I add anything to this recipe that will make it moister w/out being soggy? Is there a secret ingredient for curried chicken salad that will make it taste special? Thanks for your ideas in advance.
