I'm sorry, but the Culotte @ Taylor's the other night absolutely blew

I have been going to the 8th street location, well, my whole life – never had a bad meal and I am not saying I did have a bad meal, but I think that cut of meat is the most boring tasteless item trying to pass itself off as steak that I have ever had. I am total ny/rib eye eater, I almost never stray except if there is something special that the restaurant offers, like a gorgonzola stuffed filet or in this case the Culotte that I always heard folks rave about. Enlighten me, did I just have the occasional bad steak – the menu say’s “The Most Tender Cut of the Top Sirloin - Only Two cuts per Steer” so I don’t see how that is possible or is this item just pure hype - Thanks
