Two Cuisines - Not fusion

When I was younger and lived in Brooklyn, my neighbor opened a restaurant that was French/Vietnamese. This was not a fusion place. One night would be French and the next would be Vietnamese. I believe it was a set menu with the only options being desserts. The chef, a lovely woman named Tram made the most delicious food I can remember. Her daughter used to walk me home from school and we'd always make a pit stop and she'd feed me. I have no idea what I was eating, because it was many moons ago, but I remember loving everything. Does anyone know of any restaurants, anywhere that does this? It was a novel idea at the time and honestly it takes a very skilled chef to pull it off.
