My dh and I are frequent cruisers. This past Jan. we had out first experience with "The Chefs Table" aboard Princess. It was the best of the best. I'd like to share the menu with you all.

Roastes veal shank & veal tenderloin w jus, veg, chateau potatoes
baked camenbert w pine nuts, port wind reduction, walnut bread
Iced cointreau parfait , french vanilla apple compote, brandy snap tuile
can't remember the Port they served with this course.
Coffee , home made buscotti & amaretti
They charged $75 a person for this meal, it was worth every penny.
