Crispy chicken simplest recipe

Dressed chicken: 2 kg
Vinegar: 2 cup
Red chilli powder: 35g
Black Pepper: 10g
Salt: 10g
Garlic Powder: 50g
Chicken powder: 15g
Water: 1/2 litre
All purpose flour: 1/2 kg
Lemon juice: 2 table spoon

Here is a site where u can convert grams to tablespoons

Cut the chicken in 9 cut style. Now mix all spices in vinegar and lemon juice.
Marinate chicken in this mixture for 2 hours min

Now here is the secret trick that chefs use in a resturant
Take 2 bowls
Fill up one bowl with 1/2 litre water and other will all purpose flour

1st put the chicken in the flour bowl then dip the chicken piece in water for 1 sec then again put the chicken piece in flour bowl and squeeze it hardly only once

Heat the oil at 140 C fry it for 13 mins
