I recently tried to make crepes using a 7" nonstick saute pan. The experience was only moderately successful; while the crepes didn't stick, flipping was a challenge. I attribute our flipping problems to our relatively high-sided saute pan. Does anyone have any recommendations about crepe pans? We're considering a creuset model, but it's pricey...and we don't make crepes particularly frequently. Does anyone have any experience with the cheaper models?
