Thanks for answering my prayers about organic beef/bison.

My next craving? Crayfish (or crawfish depending on where you are from). The only place I've found to get them is Michael's in Towson. Michael's actually does them pretty well, and they are CHEAP! $6.50 for a steamed bowl. I usually get two orders and call it a successful day. The last time I ordered them, the waitress came over and asked me how I eat them and what they taste like. I almost repeated the Radiator's song about eating those little mud bugs, "Suck the head, squeeze the tip...".

Anyway, where else do you know I can get whole, steamed crayfish?

As a side note, I'm exploring getting an eradication license to help trap some of these invasive crayfish that are destroying the local stream ecosystems. After they're trapped, crawfish boil!
