I'm looking to throw an old school, Cajun-style crawfish boil at a house in the French Quarter for about 20-30 people. I'm from Lafayette so have a good sense of what this should look like, and I want it done right. Unfortunately with tight schedule need to solicit outside support.
There are a number of caterers according to the search engines. Who is the best? Who has the best bugs? Who puts on the best display? Who cleans up after themselves? Any and all advice appreciated.
