First use for crappy chocolate

I haven't had a chance to try fudge, as was recommended but tonight I had a craving for hot cocoa. I decided to try and replicate Chantico - that beautiful drinking chocolate that for me, a non coffee drinker, was the only reason to go to Starbucks.....I seriously mourned when they discontinued. I did a fair job at recreating it.

7 oz waxy, 'bittersweet' chocolate that actually tastes like a not very good milk
4Tbs of Scharfenberger unsweetened cocoa
1can of evaporated milk

Melt the chocolate over low heat stirring constantly until melted. Add in the cocoa. Stir or whisk until smooth. Slowly add in the milk (a bit at a time) and heat stirring constantly. I had about 1/3 of a cup in a demitasse and it was fantastic.

Woohoo - leftovers for tomorrow night and only 21 oz of awful chocolate to go!
