Need crab-dijon sauce for filet mignon

I figure it's worth a shot to ask...

At a great little restaurant in Richmond, VA called Stella's they serve a filet mignon with this excellent lump crabmeat-dijon sauce. It is soooo delicious, creamy and I think with sherry? I would love love love to recreate this myself. Anyone know any recipes for something like this?
