We ate at Cotton last night and it was divine.
Had the Chicken satay (very good) and wild mushroom winter rolls to start. The rolls are egg rolls filled with mushrooms and Boursin then deep fried and served in a demi glace. Wonderful comfort food.
Next was the pan roasted chicken w/ barley risotto. The chicken was juicy and the risotto had baby spinach, carmelized onions, red peppers and Pecorino cheeese.
Also ordered the wood grilled salmon served over a warm farro salad w/ demi glace (seemed like barley risotto- maybe the kitchen was busy)
All was execellent- great servioce too.....
next time want to try the 'chips and dip'- fresh fried potato chips with homemage bleu cheese sauce.
